              Automated Attendant 
              SX-200 systems provide full automated attendant 
              capabilities for call handling without the need for human 
              intervention. SX-200 systems can support both traditional 
              touch-tone-based auto attendant and the Mitel Networks 
              6500 Speech-Enabled Attendant. 
               
              Voice Mail Integration 
              The SX-200 is able to integrate tightly with Mitel Networks 
              messaging solutions. If your requirements are for e-mail,

              Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) 
              SX-200 systems support ACD functionality for customer 
              interaction and help desk applications, including priority 
              answering, time and predictive overflow, ACD real-time 
              event monitoring, recording and speech access to all

           Networking 
              SX-200 systems support advanced trunking including T1, 
              ISDN and E&M, allowing organizations to take advantage 
              of networking services and private network applications. 
              Multiple fiber-distributed SX-200 systems can also be 
              linked to provide a seamless network with centralized 
              attendant and messaging, using enhanced Q.SIG options. 
               
              Branch Office/ Teleworker Support 
              The Mitel Networks XpressOffice™ solutions provide 
              teleworkers, remote contact center agents and personnel in 
              branch offices access to SX-200 voice and data networks 
              equal to their colleagues at the head office. 
            Call Identification (CLID) 
              SX-200 systems support ANI and DNIS (where available) to 
              allow individual users to identify important incoming calls. 
            Multiple Music/Message On Hold Sources 
              SX-200 systems can provide a different Music/Message On 
              Hold source for up to 25 tenant groups in one system, 
              allowing different audiences to be targeted with different 
              messages. 
            Flexible Paging Options 
              SX-200 systems support individual, group and organizationwide 
              paging via overhead or telephone speakers. 
            Emergency 911 Support and Emergency 911 and 
              Off-Hook Alarm 
              SX-200 provides Emergency 911 information to emergency 
              services, and Emergency 911 and off-hook alarm
