of a Millennium, Telrad or Vodavi Telephone System or a Titan IVR is a
one-week training. The trainings are conducted at MCCT's training facility
or, at the customer's option, on-site. Each training has been designed
to assist the customer in understanding how to maintain his system on
a daily basis. It is the experience of MCCT that customers who are well
informed about their systems are able to be a part of the MCCT team; this
results in systems that perform more efficiently. Routine measures such
as Tape Backups, voice file updates and system monitoring are included
in these trainings. Each class is targeted to the needs of the customer.
